In your email, you must include the following information:

1. Your phone number

2. Your screening information, which can come from any of the following:

   • An image of your government-issued ID. You may block out your address but I will need to see your ID number, name, and birth date.

   • An email from your work email addres or .edu email address

   • A link to a website that verifies your employment, which must include a photo of you. This can include a LinkedIn page with 500+ connections or a staff website page.

   • NOTE: If the screening information you submit is insufficient, I will ask you to submit another option.

3. What kind of session are you booking? If you are booking a companionship session, please include non-explicit information about what kind of experience you’d like.

   • For FemDom companionship or BDSM-only, please fill out an application to serve.

4. What length of session you are booking? Please note that for BDSM-only, I require a 2 hour minimum.

5. What are some good days and times for our appointment? Please share at least two different options. At this time, my availability is 10 AM - 10 PM with a minimum 24 hour notice for consideration. I will happily accommodate bookings outside of these hours for sessions 4+ hours.

6. Please state which city you’d like for us to be in. If New York City, we must do outcalls.

7. How did you find my site?

To confirm your book, I require a 25% deposit.
